Good morning, folks! Are you tired of hitting snooze and dragging yourself out of bed every morning? Well, I have the solution for you. Introducing the ultimate morning stack: alpha GPC, tyrosine, and caffeine.
First, let’s talk about alpha GPC, the brain’s best friend. It’s a form of choline, an essential nutrient that helps in the production of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that helps with cognitive function and memory.
